The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has been operational since 2013 to provide funded support to eligible Australians living with disability. Regardless of the severity of the condition, NDIS covers a wide range of support services for NDIS participants to reach their personalised goals and to promote a sense of inclusion within the community.

Eligibility Criteria To Become A NDIS Participant

  • A person with a permanent or significant disability affecting his/her daily activities.
  • Should be aged between 7 and 65 (while applying)
  • Must be an Australian citizen
  • Must be a permanent resident of Australia
  • Have medical proof that the service covered by NDIS would assist him/her in preventing, reducing or alleviating the impact of disability on their everyday life.

  • Have a permanent impairment that significantly affects your ability to take part in everyday activities or a child that demonstrates developmental delay;
  • Be aged less than 65 when you first apply to enter the NDIS;
  • Live in Australia in an NDIS area (for the location and transition schedule, please contact us);
  • Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or a Protected Special Category visa.
